New London Light (no alcohol spirits from Devon)

Owned by Salcombe Gin in Devon, New London Light is a bold collection of no alcohol aperitifs and spirits. Everything is made with sustainable ingredients and sold in eco-friendly packaging.

All alcohol-free drinks contain a little booze (0.5%). So it’s recommended still to avoid for pregnancy/nursing.

Rinse then recycle bottles (caps can be left on, machines separate them). Recycle corks in bulk at Recorked.

Crafted by expert mixologists in Salcombe sailing resort, the range includes:

First Light (juniper, citrus, ginger, orange, sage)
Midnight Sun (a ‘pink gin’ with coastal berries, kelp and pine)
Aegean Sky (citrus and olive for a Mediterranean taste).

Alesund apple cocktail

Inspired by Norwegian Fjords, add the ingredients to a Boston shake filled with ice, shake and strain. Garnish with a fanned thinly sliced appe:
