Everleaf is a bittersweet aperitif with sustainable botanicals, created by a young man whose father was a Kew gardener, and wrote a book on two of the ingredients (crocus and iris). This spirit includes a blend of sustainably sourced botanics: saffron from Spain, vanilla from small-scale Madagascan farmers, vetiver from a community project in Haiti, and cassia (a spice that does not harm trees, during the harvest).
What’s good about this spirit is that it is also alcohol-free. So ideal for teetotallers, the designated driver or anyone who is laying off the booze for a while. There are three versions:
- Everleaf Forest has layers of citrus, bark spices, bittersweet roots and savour saffron
- Everleaf Marine is clean and crisp, with bold juniper bud and bergamot citrus, with tropical notes from sea buckthorn and olive leaf
- Everleaf Mountain has a bright floral sweetness with piney juniper, filling out to rosehip & black cherry.
